Operational Maintenance Program

How the O/M service program works:
If you do not have your own maintenance facilities and staff available to do routine operation service, on a planned, programmed basis, then you’ll be interested in this service program. For a nominal flat rate charge, or payment on a time and material basis, we will provide a periodic service to help assure that your doors have fewer breakdowns and less downtime, while reducing the total cost of maintenance and protecting your investment.

Advantages of O/M service program:
O/M service on a programmed and planned basis helps keep your total cost to a minimum. It also helps to eliminate minor mechanical problems before they become costly major repairs. O/M service of your door on a regular basis can prevent them from being down when you need them the most. It helps minimize downtime and keep them in services for more hours…more productivity.
